Shipping costs:
All orders are shipped free via PostNL. Products up to a certain weight, that fit through the letterbox, will be sent free by regular mail. At an additional cost of €2,99 it is possible to choose for parcel post with track&trace. All other shipments are free of charge per parcel sent.

The product is in stock:
Your order will be sent within 24 hours after payment. If you order before 17:00 hours (on a workday), then you will receive your order the very next day*. You will receive automatically an e-mail as soon as we have dispatched your order.
If you have selected a package shipment, you will be mailed after shipping with a track&trace number which you can track your order. The status of your order, you can also see in your account (if already created).
*It is generally after dispatch of the order, the delivery time is 1 days within the Netherlands and Belgium.
